Elizabeth Mofouluke Massally

Non-Executive Director

Elizabeth Mofouluke Massally is a Sierra Leonean born on 3rd June 1960.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone. She is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT), and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT).

Elizabeth Mofouluke Massally has over 40 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, compliance, and financial management across both the public and private sectors, including leadership roles in multilateral donor programmes and corporate governance.
She has led audit and assurance teams and contributed significantly to policy formulation, quality assurance, risk management, financial planning, and internal controls for numerous organisations. Her previous roles include Audit Manager at ACK Consulting, Head of Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance at PKF Mason Hill, and Director of Finance and Administration at the Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SLIEPA). She also served as Accounts Manager at the Sierra Leone Brewery Limited, part of the Heineken Group, and held several key finance roles at Sierratel, SLET, and the Sierra Leone Produce Marketing Board.
Mrs. Massally has served on several boards and audit committees, including the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance (1986–1990), the Audit Committee of the Accountant General’s Department (since August 2023), and as Board Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Standard Chartered Bank (Sierra Leone) Limited (since August 2023). She also provides governance oversight as a Board Director of the Choices and Voices Foundation, an NGO working with women and girls in deprived communities.

She has undertaken significant board training and certifications in corporate governance, risk-based supervision, enterprise risk management, and women in leadership, including programs facilitated by the Bank of Sierra Leone, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the West Africa Insurance Institute.

She was appointed to the Board of Access Bank (SL) Limited on 8th March 2025.
