Ibrahim Khalil Lamin is a Sierra Leonean and a Hubert Humphrey Fellow in Banking and Finance from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Middlesex University Graduate Business School in the United Kingdom.
He worked as the Senior Director, Financial System Stability Area and as Director of Financial Markets and Banking departments at the Bank of Sierra Leone (BSL). He also has several years of experience in the Banking Industry and the Financial Sector and has participated in several professional development seminars and training programs with the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the Federal Reserves Bank.
